Not a Peptide — Just Real Food
What Is Mastic Gum?
A single-ingredient, pure tree resin that's been hand-gathered on the Greek island of Chios for over 1,000 years. No plastic. No artificial sweeteners. No "gum base."
You're Probably Chewing Plastic
Flip over any pack of conventional gum. Look for "gum base" on the ingredients list. That's polyvinyl acetate — the same polymer used in white school glue. The FDA allows manufacturers to hide it behind two words.
Conventional gum also typically contains aspartame, artificial colors, BHT (a preservative), and plasticizers. You chew it for minutes or hours, swallowing whatever leaches out.
Mastic gum is different. It's one ingredient. Pure dried resin from the Pistacia lentiscus tree. Nothing else.

Where It Comes From
The Island of Chios
Mastic only grows on the southern part of Chios, a Greek island in the Aegean Sea. The trees produce resin when their bark is scored — a technique passed down through generations for over a millennium. The EU has granted it PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) status.
100% Single Ingredient
No silicone. No petrochemical gum base. No sugar. No artificial sweeteners. No preservatives. Just pure dried mastic resin. It's paleo-friendly, vegan, and has been used in traditional Mediterranean medicine for centuries.
What Mastic Gum Does
Jaw Strength
Engages masseter, temporalis, and pterygoid muscles during chewing.
Gut Health
Contains compounds with antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Oral Health
Natural alternative to synthetic gum. No plastic residue.
Clean Living
Single ingredient. No lab chemicals. No plastic waste.
Why an RN Switched
I stopped chewing conventional gum when I read the back of the pack and realized I couldn't pronounce half the ingredients — and the ones I could pronounce were plastic polymers.
Mastic gum isn't a supplement. It's not a peptide. It's just real food — a tree resin that people have been chewing since before modern medicine existed. That simplicity is the point.
I chew it because I want fewer ingredients in my life, not more. And because the alternative is literally plastic.
